Terms of Service

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MAVEN INTERNET PTE. LTD. (UEN: 201824205W) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Zeppi.ai platform (the "Site" or "Product"), which is a product owned and operated by the Company, as well as any other related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Company is registered at 160 ROBINSON ROAD, #14-04, SINGAPORE 068914.

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

2.1 Account Creation

You may be required to register with the Services to access certain features. We utilize Clerk as our third-party authentication provider. By creating an account, you agree to comply with Clerk's acceptable use policy regarding identity management.

2.2 Security

You agree to keep your password (and any authentication tokens) confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

3.1 Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase on Zeppi.ai, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; they are securely transmitted directly to Stripe for processing.

3.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in USD (or SGD where specified). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3.3 No Surcharges

The prices displayed are final. We do not impose specific payment method surcharges on you.

3.4 Refund Policy

  • General: Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, all purchases are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this section.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no partial refunds for unused time in the billing cycle.
  • Disputes: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at email@maveninternet.com to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 Our Content

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Zeppi.ai and our Services, including all source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes.

4.2 User Contributions

By posting any contributions (text, images, data) to the Services, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display these contributions solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Zeppi.ai product.

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) USAGE

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Zeppi.ai utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate content.

  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic, may contain errors, and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before using it.

5.2 Service Improvement

With your separate, explicit consent (opt-in), we may use anonymized and de-identified usage data to train and improve our AI models. You may withdraw this consent at any time in your account settings.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

  • Circumvent or disable any security features of the Services.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited advertising or spam.
  • Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
  • Use the Services to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavor not authorized by us.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Services.

7. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

The Services are controlled and operated from Singapore. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8.2 Limitation

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8.3 Monetary Cap

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

8.4 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore.
